Claim YOUHA® Warranty
If you are having an issue with an YOUHA product that is within the warranty period please fill out the below form so we can begin to deal with your claim.
Please Note: Your warranty claim cannot be processed unless we receive a copy of your proof of purchase and warranty item. Once completed please allow up to 7 working days for your claim to be processed.
YOUHA warranty does not cover damage caused by 3rd party handling whilst travelling. The Customer is responsible to inspect all goods received from Youha upon arrival. In instances where goods have been damaged in transit, the Customer must report this to Youha within 3 days of receipt of the product. Failure to report physical damage on arrival within 3 days of receipt may result in denial of warranty for physical damage. 1. Complete Form.
2. You will receive an individual claim number from your email. Warranty item sent in without individual claim numbers will delay the processing of your claim.
3. Ship the warranty item include a COPY of the original dated purchase receipt and your claim number via a TRACEABLE courier to:
